So I've had people asking me if I was ever gonna do Willow Hill 2 or another OCT soon.
Well, i'm having a hard enough time finishing off the one I've already got on my hands, But if I ever became crazy enough
to do another OCT than this guy here would be the main antagonist. 

I've made him up 4 years ago, a rough sketch character for the OCT that I already was working on (and still am), but he never made the final cut in the story. 

Now's a great time to draw him though, one of my commissions involve two people wearing suits, so I gotta brush up on them suit talents. . .along with
my driving skills. x_x'
